About Memory Cafés:
- Memory Cafés are community-based gatherings that provide safe, inclusive environments for people experiencing dementia or other cognitive changes, along with their care partners.
- Through storytelling, music, movement, visual art, and more, these spaces foster joy, reduce stigma, and help people feel seen and supported.
- They do not require a medical diagnosis to attend.

About Legato Memory Café:
- It is a safe and welcoming space where we value creative expression, building community, and supporting each other.
- Activities are designed to make people of all abilities feel comfortable and engaged.
- Socializing and creative exploration take center stage.
- You’ll find great conversation, icebreakers, refreshments, and engaging activities/crafts.
- Complimentary parking.

What to Expect:
- Upon arrival, you will get a name tag, enjoy refreshments if you'd like, sit at a table with others, and use the items on the table to get conversation going.
- There will be an ice breaker that we do as a group, at individual tables, or both.
- We will do an activity or craft—all levels/ abilities welcome!
- At the end, we will wrap up by briefly discussing the activity we did, providing space for feedback, and previewing the next Café's activity.
