Concert Description

Please note: These tickets are for the concert-only portion of the evening.

From Hollywood Hoorays to the lights of New York, this special concert will take you on a journey to celebrate our Heroes honorees and pay tribute to the musical legacy of Music Director Leonard Slatkin. DSO favorite Storm Large joins the orchestra for her original renditions of Cole Porter classics, while Grammy Award-winning pianist and former DSO Erb Jazz Chair Michel Camilo pays tribute with selections by Gershwin and more. Join us for this celebratory concert honoring philanthropists Penny and Harold Blumenstein and Music Director Leonard Slatkin’s 10 years with the DSO.
